2024-25 Backbeat Lessons achievements

Thanks to all students and parents for a great year! We had a number of achievements over the year, including:

• Thirty-one students made District Honor Band as a member or alternate, made round two of All-State, or both

• Seventeen students were selected as members or alternates for the 2025 All-State Band

• Two students were selected for Governor's Honors Program in Music. Congratulations Sean Pau and Elise Deladisma!

• Two students placed second and third in the first annual Southeastern Symposium Percussion Solo Competition. Congratulations Sean Pau (2nd) and James Driscoll (3rd)!

• One senior accepted to two colleges to study music education, and will be attending Columbus State University in the fall. Congratulations Will Van Zant!
